Nick Stratford
Poynton Law Limited is headed by Nick Stratford who is a registered Trust and Estate Practinioner, has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious law, and is a recognised expert in both fields. Nick is regarded as an expert in the field of equity release legal work and leads by example with his team at Poynton Law Limited.

Nick qualified as a Solicitor over 20 years ago. He is a recognised expert in both contentious and non-contentious law. Nick has regularly been invited to provide training to other solicitors by BBP University. The non-contentious work Nick has a particular interest in includes equity releases and administering the estates of deceased people with assets both in the UK and abroad.
The contentious work Nick has particular interest in includes contested estates, matrimonial and general litigation. Nick was the solicitor who acted in one of the leading cases on derivative actions under Company Law which was reported in the Law Reports, Chancery Division under Parry v Bartlett and Another: CHD 29 Nov 2011. Nick recently qualified as a Notary Public which allows him to notarise documents required by different legal systems all around the world.

Ashleigh Moran - Director
Ashleigh joined Stratford Solicitors in January 2020, and is a Solicitor at the firm. Ashleigh specialises in private client work and motoring offences, and she is currently working towards becoming a registered Trusts and Estates Practitioner.
