The attending solicitor returns the signed documentation within 48 hours of the appointment.
All documentation is checked and sent to the solicitors acting for the lifetime mortgage company.
Once queries (if any) are resolved, a completion date is agreed by all parties.
All title matters are confirmed and completion proceeds once the lender’s solicitors are satisfied.
